My favorite spots to eat include Down The Hatch, The Light House restaurant a couple of miles south down by the lighthouse, and Boondocks (outdoor dining on the river) and Aunt Catfish on the River.  Excellent Italian food at Alfredo's Ristorante on Clyde Morris and across the street: Ritters' great frozen custer.   At the Art Deco district of Daytona beach try the Avocado Kitchen for organic healthy breakfast and lunch. in New Smyrna Beach (you can take the ferry or drive for 20 minutes) try Garlic, excellent Italian food and great ambiance. 

The condo can only be rented on a monthly basis. No weekly rentals.

Jan/Feb/March/April/June/July/August/December: $2,400

May/September/November/October: $1,700

Long-term rental (more than 6 months): $1,600 plus two month deposit.

Does not include $85 cleaning fee. Does not include 11.5% tax.
Nonrefundable $200 pet fee is required.
No refund for early departures.
Reservation and damage deposit of $600 will be refunded, in full, if
90 day cancellation notice is received.
No refund if less than 90 days notice prior to arrival is given.
