Bayshore Rentals (walk to beach really!) in Nokomis

Two spacious units in Duplex with screened in pool and lanai, located
on Bayshore Road
just before the bridge to Casey Key and Nokomis Public Beach, you can
really walk to the beach in minutes. Each unit is 1200 square
feet,including 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,livingroom, dining room and
fully equiped kitchen and laundry. One car garage for each side w/
remote.
Access to grocery stores, drugstores, banks,post office and most
importantly the beach without having to travel out on Rt.41

Each master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedrooms have
either a queen
or twin beds. All linens and towels are provided.
There are 2 TV's, one in each master bedroom and one in the living
room.
Gas grill on the lanai; washer and dryer in each unit, separate
central air
and heat for each unit. Beautiful pool and large screened in
lanai is shared by both units. Free hi speed wireless internet.
Also provided are bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.
The Nokomis Public Beach has a brand new pavilion that looks
wonderful and there is ample free
parking and picnic tables with grills for a cookout at the beach.

Many local activities in addition to the beach, including many area
golf courses,
restaurants, fishing, biking, hiking, museums and great shopping
areas in Venice and Sarasota.

May - Aug $1400 month $500 week
Sept - Dec $1600 month $550 week
Does not include Florida sales tax (11%), cleaning ($75), and a
refundable deposit.
