Lauderdale airport.  Views of the marina greet you at both our westerly entrance and easterly facing screened in lanai, where ocean breezes entice you to unwind … perhaps with a cup of coffee to watch the sun rise.   Our Tropic Bay & Marina home is a fully furnished and updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.  It features queen size beds and includes a newly remodeled on-suite master bath and full guest bath with brand new porcelain tile, vanities and fixtures as well as new hardwood floors throughout.   The kitchen has every amenity you’ll need from dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and food processor to dishes, glasses, flatware, pots/pans and cooking utensils.  The dining room offers comfortable seating for 6.  Relax in our spacious living room.  Just pack your luggage; everything else to enjoy your stay is included:  central air conditioning, 3 TV’s, cable, wireless internet service, stereo, CD/DVD player, and board games.  Stay on the premises and enjoy 3 heated pools, showers, sauna, weight room, gym, putting green and shuffle board.  There are endless activities for all your pleasures. Some of our Social Club activities include book reviews, bridge, pool parties, fashion shows, Caribbean cruise, plays, holiday parties, casino trips in addition to our Golf Club and Yacht Club activities.
