Just fifteen minutes away from Miami international airport, this beautiful light and airy studio is located four houses west of Main Highway, in the lovely South Grove. It is on the second floor of the cottage of a 1924 Walter deGarmo estate. Walter deGarmo was one of Miami's earliest and most influential architects. He is best known for his interesting open air designs, central courtyards, and large loggias.
The home maintains its original charm, but has the comforts of the 21st century. The
unit's entrance is separate from that of the main house, making it very private. The yard is enclosed by a coral rock wall, tall ficus hedge, and tropical plants and trees. It is an idyllic place for little ones to play or for quiet relaxation. Peacock and parrot sightings are common.

The studio has central air conditioning. The main room has a wooden queen size bed, a love-seat, and two rocking chairs. Two french doors open up to a smaller room with a twin size daybed with a trundle and a TV with premium cable TV. There is a full well equipped kitchen and a dining table with four seats. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). There is also wireless internet and a small balcony overlooking the lush tropical garden. There is also washer and dryer available available on the property.
