The three-story Mediterranean-style house has five bedrooms, with 4.5 baths, and can sleep up to a dozen people without the least bit of crowding. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with comfort at front of mind: Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, two more have queen-size beds, and the fifth has two twin beds. What’s more, each bedroom has its own HDTV, and of course fresh bedding and towels will be waiting upon your arrival. Still not enough sleeping quarters for you? A sofa in the first-floor rec room converts to a bed for two. 

Although all the bedrooms at Atlantic Vista Beach House are fabulous, the palatial master suite is worthy of special mention. The master suite’s charms don’t end there: The bedroom also has a 42-inch HDTV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, as well as a private bathroom with a garden-style tub and a separate walk-in shower. 

If the bedrooms are dedicated to utter rest and relaxation, the first floor of the house is devoted to fun. The rec room has a 60-inch HDTV and Blu-ray/DVD player along with luxury theater seats—perfect for gathering everyone together for a movie night. And the covered patio is equally perfect for lingering outdoors, especially on hot days when you want to enjoy the cooling breeze without wilting in the sun.

The main living area is on the third floor—and if you prefer not to take the stairs, Atlantic Vista Beach House has an elevator at your disposal. The expansive living room has a 50-inch HDTV as well as a gas fireplace and a bounty of windows that let the light pour in. The adjacent dining room has a table that expands to seat up to eight, as well as a breakfast bar with stools for six more.

Then again, why would you want to eat indoors when you could dine outside, on the covered third-story terrace? In addition to ample seating and tables, the terrace has a gas grill and a summer kitchen so that you can rustle up burgers or kabobs while looking out at sea, sand, and sky.

Of course, there’s a full indoor kitchen too, complete with new appliances, polished wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware galore. Just add food, and you've got everything you need to cook and serve a feast.
