This condo complex is a hidden secret in the heart of Mission Beach. 
You can walk to many restaurants and shops. The building has  
underground gated parking, a great asset at the beach. 
 
The views are awesome! You can see the ocean, the bay, Seaworld  
tower, downtown skyline .  
 
Only 50 steps to the sandy beach, or you can cross the street 
to the bay side if you prefer.  
 
Listen to the waves throughout the condo. 
The place is immaculate, with tropical decor. 
 
The condo is manged by the owner who cares about You and Your 
comfort!! 
 
Many major attractions are only 10 minutes drive with a car; 
Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown and the Gaslamp district, La Jolla,  
Fashion Valley, Seaworld, Torrey Pines State Park.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tv, Vcr, some Videos supplied, Stereo, Cd Player, high speed internet, 
all linens, fully stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances 
elevator laundry washer and dryer in the garage 
 
Many rental shops are within blocks. You can rent bikes, sailboats, 
roller blades. 
 
There are great seafood restaurants along the boardwalk... just an 
easy stroll from the condo.

Activities and Attractions

   
 
Where to start?? So much to do, so little time!! 
 
You can bike, Golf, Sign up for day fishing trips,, 
surf, sail, swim in the Plunge ( public pool) at the 
amusement park. Movie theaters and shopping are close by too. 
 
You can stroll to the resort Hotel Catamaran where you can catch 
a ride on the Bahia Bell, a Paddle Wheeler boat which goes between 
2 hotels while offering live entertainment and scenic views from 
the decks.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter rates for non-holidays are $800 per week 
 
Summer rates starting June 15th are from $850 - $1200 per week 
 
Monthly rates from Sept. to Mid June are $1800(3 month stay) or $1950  
for 1-2 month stay 
 
Monthly summer rates are $3000 per month. 
 
$300 security/reservation deposit required for weekly rentals 
$800 security/reservation deposit required for monthly rentals 
full rent due 45 days prior to check in.
