Winter rates for non-holidays are $850 per week
Summer rates starting June 15th are from $900 - $1300 per week
Monthly rates from Sept. to Mid June are $1950 (3 month stay) or $2300
for 1-2 month stay
Monthly summer rates are $3500 per month.
$300 security/reservation deposit required for weekly rentals
$900 security/reservation deposit required for monthly rentals
full rent due 45 days prior to check in.
