Vacation Rental Description

Magnificient Bay Front Home provides peace and beauty.  Our colonial 
home sits on the sands of the Delaware Bay.  Breathtaking views 
abound from the open-plan main floor and the spacious and luxurious 
Master Suite.  The deck provides a front row seat for world-class 
sunsets, families of dolphins that regularly swim by, birds of prey 
that hunt in the waters of the bay and the most awesome view of the 
night sky.  You will be "star struck" by the multitude of stars that 
appear each night.  Water sports, walks, runs, bicycling, shell 
collecting, and wild life watching are just a few of the activities 
you can take advantage of.  Minutes from many area attractions and 
the ocean, this is a very special place.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Four bedrooms:

Master Suite with Kingsize Temperpedic Bed and gas fire-place.
Bedroom #1 - Sleeps 3 with full size bottom bunk and twin upper bunk
Bedroom #2 - Sleeps 4 with Queen size AND full size bed
Bedroom #3 - Sleeps 2 with Queen size bed
Sofa Beds in TV Room, Living Room, Upstairs Foyer and Downstairs 
Foyer.
Each bedroom has room for extra beds and there are 3 queen size air 
mattreses on site.
All 3 bathrooms are brand new and have shower and bath facilities.  
Beautiful porcelain tile floors throughout the main floor.
Modern-eat-in kitchen with seating for 14.  Sub-zero refrigerator, 
double wall ovens, dish-washer, garbage disposal and water filtration 
system.
A gas-grill on the deck and an outside shower when you come off the 
beach.
Kayaks, life jackets, bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie 
boards, and sand toys are all waiting for you.
Central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, gas fire-place in living room,
long, private driveway,

Private path to beach from the house is your pathway to every water 
activity including kayaking and fishing.  The shells are abundant and 
beautiful.  You can walk and run with your dog for miles.
5-10 minute drive to ocean beaches and downtown Historic Cape May.
