The condo has a bedroom with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Vista Royale is an active 55+ community. The property has been designed for large open areas for great scenic views of park quality landscaping and lakes. There are 3 miles of private roads for walking, biking or jogging. Vista Royale is an established community that prides itself in it's financial stability and priority on highly maintained and clean, up to date facilities. There are many and varied group and social activities for residents to be involved in.

There are four clubhouses on property for residents to enjoy. Unit rented for Feb. and March 2013. The rate is $650 per month with an annual lease. $850 per month with a two month minimum lease. A first month and last month and security deposit check would be needed to activate the lease. No smoking and no pets allowed. The lease signee would have to be at least 55 years old.
