The Master Bedroom features dark expresso, modern contemporary wood furniture with queen size bed and full Master Bath. Guest Bedroom #1 features rich cherry modern contemporary wood furniture with queen size bed and beautiful water and garden views. Guest Bedroom #2 features robust cherry wood furniture with lower full size bed and twin upper bed. The OPTIONAL Private Suite with seperate entrance, features a queen size deluxe sleeper sofa, cherry wood nesting tables and TV dresser. Full private bath with shower and granite top vanity. There is a granite top wet bar with refrigerator for your refreshment enjoyment and seperate A/C system for your climate control comfort. All rooms with the exception of the Private Suite, feature 12 ft tongue and groove, exposed beam wood ceilings which give you the real feeling of staying in an original keys 'Conch' home. All rooms except Guest suite #2 feature wireless remote control ceiling fans and all the rooms feature flat panel HDTV's.
The Master Bath features a jetted Whirpool tub, pedestal sink and a gorgeous vaulted wood ceiling. The Guest Bath features shower, pedestal sink and built in linen cabinet. The Private Suite bath features marble shower and granite top wood vanity.

The nearest beach is located at Founders Park about 1 mile away. For our boater guests the 'sand bar' is located in front of Holiday Isle ocean side about 8-10 minute boat ride south of the property

General: Half of total rental fee to reserve date , balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposits returned to guest after clear inspection of home after guest departure
