The White Rose in Oxnard

Light and airy two story beach home located on Ocean Drive
across the street from Silver Strand Beach/Channel Islands Harbor. It's
nestled between LA and Santa Barbara, on a corner lot
surrounded by a grass yard, white picket fence with white roses.
Its 3 Br plus sofa sleeper sleeps 8. On the second floor, there's
a granite kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. living room with
marble fireplace and giant plasma TV, which opens onto a large
oversized deck with a barbeque and ocean/island views. First
floor has a kingsize bed, bathroom with shower, studio size new
kitchen with refrigerator/oven, and a 27 inch TV. It has french
doors which opens onto a patio area surrounded by garden. PC
internet computer with high speed wireless access throughout
house. Shops, restaurants, harbor, and kiddie Beach within
walking distance. Whether it's reading a good novel on the deck,
soaking in the jacuzzi tub or bike riding around the quaint streets
and harbor walkways of Silver Stand, it is a relaxing and peaceful

Date Submitted: August 04, 2009   Date of Stay: July 2009 The White Rose was great. It was clean, spacious, and well decorated. There were plenty of accessories that helped make our stay fun. Our kids enjoyed the bikes and the boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The location was excellent, the perfect walking distance to the beach. I really appreciated it when my deposit was promptly returned. It was a great week.
