lanai overlooks a beautiful courtyard that is immaculately  
landscaped  
with a spectacular banyon tree in the center.   
 
All rooms are air conditioned and kitchen has dishwasher,  
trash compactor, disposal and microwave, as well as upgraded oak  
cabinets.  In-unit washer and dryer a real plus.  One  
assigned/reserved parking space plus visitor parking available.

Available by the month only - 2008 Rates 
In-season (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr) rates:  $2400/month  
          (3-month discount available) 
Off-peak (Apr, May, Oct, Nov, Dec) rates:  $1700/month 
Out of season (Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept)  $900/month 
 
Security deposit of $300 required in advance with reservation,  
refundable up to 60 days prior.
