This spacious, newly renovated home has two big decks for dining, relaxing and entertaining. 

Take the path down to the little private beach on Town cove (salt water) which is great for kids and adults alike(shallow and shell collecting). Or visit one of the many beautiful beaches at local ponds, the national seahore or the bay. 

This home is terrific for families and couples.  Large master bedrooms and fireplace in the living room make an ideal romantic setting.  Spacious layout, multiple levels and lots of sleeping capacity make it ideal for families and groups.

The open cook's kitchen has everything one needs to cooking and baking, as well as new dishwasher, fridge and stove.

The 3 large bedrooms are well-appointed with new and antique furnishings and art. 

The upstairs Master BR has a king bed and sliding door onto the enclosed portion of the upper deck, where you can dine at night.

The lower level has a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a daybed/trundle, as well as a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and sliding door that lead out to the lower deck and the outdoor shower.  The lower living area has a futon couch that can covert to a bed and a bathroom.

The huge open living area  upstair has a 37" flat screen TV and ipod dock.  The lower level living area also has a flat screen and a printer/fax/copy machine for use.  Wi Fi is throughout the house.

New propane grill on the upper deck and outdoor shower next to the lower deck.

King size sheet and hand towels provided.  Additional linens provided for small fee.

Swimming at Nauset beach, Skaket beach, Crystal Lake, Cliff and Flax ponds - all within 10 miles of house.

Fishing from various piers and charter boats.

Take the bike path in Orleans in either direction, towards and through Nickerson State Park in Brewster or towards Wellfleet - stop at a Clam shack along the way! There are two rental places in Orleans.

Minimum rates are for off-season.  Maximum rates are for high season 2012.
