Cancellation Policy: A credit card number is required to hold your stay. If a cancellation occurs more than 21 days prior to your arrival no charges will occur. However, if a cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to arrival, a one nights stay will be charged to the card. For group reservations, extended stays, special circumstances or special rates the deposit is non-refundable.

Pet Policy: We know that most people have a special loved one they can't leave at home and if your pet is 20 pounds or less and can be contained in a kennel or cage when you are not in the villa with it, we will welcome them. We have a detailed inspection process where we thoroughly examine the facility for misuse. Therefore there is a $150.00 deposit for each pet (maximum of 2 pets) and $50.00 of that deposit is non-refundable. Any damage is over and above the deposit.
