Brady Mountain Marina and Resort is just 15 miles west of Hot Springs, Arkansas and has served vacationers and boaters from Little Rock, Fort Smith, Shreveport and major cities in Texas, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Brady Mountain is located on beautiful Lake Ouachita in the Hot Springs National Forrest.

Brady Mountain Marina and Resort offers accommodations of many different varieties.  So, come one, come all.  Whether you are planning your honeymoon, a family vacation, or a corporate outing,  Brady Mountain will fit your needs.  Reserve one of our guest rooms, apartments, deluxe mobile homes or one of our private, spacious executive-style log cabins equipped with fireplaces and picturesque views.  at heart. 
The marina ships store offers fuel, ice, cold drinks and snacks.  Also located at the marina is our fleet of boat rentals with pontoon boats and ski boats. We also offer new “double decker” party pontoon boats equipped with water slides that is sure to provide great fun for kids and adults alike. The Resort has a 16 room lodge and also has quaint log cabins with two and three bedrooms. . Each unit is decorated in rustic styles and all units have a fully equipped kitchen, most feature fireplaces, grills and pull out sofas. Log Cabins are complete with linens, towels and cooking utensils.

Lodging Policy
All rooms are guaranteed by a deposit, deposits will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee if Brady Mountain is notified 10 days prior to the customer's reservation date. We will also have to charge for the minimum nights required if the customer cancels short of their reserved nights.

General Policy
• Check-Out time is 11 AM and Check-In time is 3PM Monday through Saturday. Check-In time on Sunday is 5 PM. If we have the rooms cleaned and ready prior to normal Check-In times we will accommodate earlier arrivals.
• All Cabins have a 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on Holiday Weekends.
• One night stays are allowed in the lodge motel if units are available weekdays.
• One night deposit is required for each room to guarantee all reservations—we will process the customer credit card immediately for deposit.
• We are Pet friendly—Pets are welcome in most units—a pet fee of $25 a night is required.

Refunds:
No exceptions will be made for early departures, late arrivals or weather conditions.
