Vacation Rental Description

Our cottage is located on Highland Lake in Falmouth. As you can see  
from the pictures it has a great beach front area.  The water is  
fairly shallow with a very gradual drop off that goes out about 30  
yards before getting deep. The cottage also provides westerly views  
for some great sunsets over the water.   
 
The kitchen inside the cottage overlooks the beach and water. There  
are three bedrooms and one of them has bunk beds perfect for kids.  
 
We are located about 10-15 minutes from Portland so you are very  
close to entertainment/dining/activities if you get restless.  
 
We are dog friendly.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We provide linens and towels.  There is a washer/dryer for you to  
use.  We have a propane grill available for outdoor grilling as well  
as all of the other amenities of a regular kitchen.  We can provide a  
canoe if you do not have one and there is a fire pit perfect for  
small campfires.  There is a T.V. and DVD player in the main living  
room.  

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, boating, grilling, campfires...  
 
Portland is a few miles away and has: movies, museums, dining,  
nightlife, sporting events, shopping, ocean beaches, sightseeing. 
 
  

Vacation Rental Rates

The month of June is $1,250 per week. 
 
The months of July and August are $1,600 per week.
