Plenty of room for all of your family and friends! This beautiful Siesta Key home is being offered for rent for the first time and was redone and upgraded throughout in July, 2011. New wood floors, new furniture, new beds, new TV's, new linens, new towels, new kitchen items, new patio furniture, new bbq grills, and more.
This is a 2 story home with a 2 car garage and pool located in a lovely Siesta Key neighborhood. The home has an open floorplan with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for a spacious, bright and airy feeling. The living room is quite large with a new and very comfortable sectional sofa, new digital flat screen TV and new DVD player. Free cable and WiFi are provided, and there are about 1500 movies on DVD for you to choose from. The den/family room is just off of the living room and is well stocked with board games and a stereo. Sliding doors with wooden shutters give access to the outdoor patio and pool area from both the living room and den. Home has a full size washer and dryer just off of the kitchen tucked away in a large laundry closet with doors so it is hidden when not in use.
The master bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs and there are 2 walk-in closets, new king size bed, and new flat screen TV. The master bath has an oversized jetted spa tub, bidet, shower and separate private toilet area. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. One bedroom has a new queen bed and a large closet with built in shelves and drawers. The other bedroom has a new bunk bed with a twin on top and full (standard) on the bottom, as well as a futon that makes into a full size bed. The family room/den also has new furniture with a couch and chair that both convert to beds for additional sleeping accommodations.
The pool is heated, screened in, private and sparkling clean. There are 2 patio areas (upper and lower level). 2 BBQ grills (propane & charcoal), new patio furniture and new lounge chairs are also provided.
The owner has thought of everything to make your vacation here a memorable one. He has supplied beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, pool toys & floats, tennis racquets, football & soccer ball, a wide variety of board games and movies, bicycles and helmets, and more.
Small pets will be considered with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
