  1600 square feet fully furnished,two bedroom,two and one half 
  bath. 
  Stand alone ice machine (cooler friendly) 
  Both bedrooms have master baths. 
  Granite counters throughout. 
  All wooden flooring.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

  Large floating docks, very fast deep water access to 
  open water (Bay of Florida ,10,000 Islands) 
  Beautifull clubhouse with bar,T.V.,computer room. 
  Includes pool and deck area. 
  Dedicated ferry 8:00AM-10:00PM on 20 minutes notice 
  Literally one minute crossing to land. 
  Reasonable boat rental available to our renters,at 
  the dock.                 
  Concierge available 24/7 for emergency 
    
     

Activities and Attractions

   Fishing,kayaking,cruising to Keys,everglades exploring, 
   this is one of the best fishing and boating spots anywhere. 
   There are hundreds of small deserted islands with sugar white 
   sands for cook-outs fishing or lounging.   
   Either bring your boat,rent locally,or hire one of the many 
   friendly capable guides. 
   There is a boatramp directly accross the water.You would 
   only need to launch and pull out one time as you have free 
   dockage with your rental.    

Vacation Rental Rates

  $800/Wk ;$2500/Month May-Oct.Now reduced to $500/Wk;$1750/Mo 
  $1200/Wk ;3600/Month Nov-April 
   No daily or partial weekly rates are allowed or accepted.

  $500 Security deposit secures your rental reservation. 
  Negotiable rates for longer time periods; yearly,all season,all  
  off season.Whatever!
