We have two kayaks available for use for your pleasure that you can take from the canal in the back to the Atlantic Ocean.  Be prepared for breathtaking scenery!!

Key West in only a short 20 minute drive, where you can hang out at the beach, or shop on Duval St. and indulge at some of the finest eating establishments.  Participate in one of the most memorable dolphin swims in Marathon, 25 miles away, at the Dolphin Research Center, or a dolphin, sea lion, or sting ray experience at Theater of the Seas in Islamorada, 60 miles away.  Activities are endless in the Keys!!!

Monroe County requires a 28 day minimum day Short Term Lease.  Call or Email your vacation plans so we can accommodate you.  $1000 security deposit is required to secure reservation.  Reservation deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE for cancellation up to 60 days in advance of specified occupancy date less $200.  Full payment is required 60 days prior to occupancy and is nonrefundable unless property can be re-leased by the owner for the cancelled period. 

Payment by wire transfer, certified check, or credit card can be arranged.  No personal checks up to 60 days prior to rental.

There is a 12.5% state and tourist tax on rent and a cleaning fee of $170.  The cleaning fee is in addition to the rental fee.  Utility charges incurred in excess of $100 will be charged and are deductible from the security deposit.
