opportunities for fine and casual dining and many unique shopping experiences.

Sept 1 - Dec 31, 2009  $850 - $950 per week (excluding Holiday weeks)
January - $950- $1040 per week 
Feb 1st - Apr 15th $1495- $1645 per week
Apr 16th - Aug 15th-  $950- $1040 per week

All rates subject to 11% tax, 5% administration fee, cleaning fee and a $75 application fee.
All rentals require a $200 deposit and a major credit card for reservation.
Please add 10% to rates for holiday weeks which includes Easter weeks(weeks before and after),4th of
July week and Thanksgiving week.
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund to be given. A cancellation charge of
$75.00 is charged. If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for
the same time period for refund to be given.
Should you cancel due to a hurricane, you have 3 options: (1)Cancel and lose your deposit (2)
Reschedule in the same unit within 2 months and retain your deposit (3)Arrive and should a mandatory
evacuation be necessary, you will receive a credit for the nights evacuated.
