'DOLPHIN VIEW' is a beautiful new luxury home on the Isle of Palms near Sullivan’s Island and Breach Inlet, a creation of award-winning builder Simonini. Porches, balconies and a rooftop terrace offer unique views of Hamlin Creek, the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. On the first floor, an open living area with ceiling beams and fireplace and dining areas are decorated in chic island style. They flow into the kitchen with island cook top, granite countertops, double ovens, Sub-zero fridge, Bosch dishwasher and elegant cabinetry. There are natural heart pine floors throughout the home, as well as crown molding, beaded board, marble, patterned ceramic tile, mosaic glass tile, travertine and a glass vessel sink in the half bath. Also on the first floor, overlooking the pool, are a large guest room and a nautical bedroom with floor-to-ceiling ship lap and four built-in bunk beds with drawers below; both bedrooms have private baths.
On the second floor, the master bedroom has a four-poster bed, fireplace with plasma TV and glass-door built-ins on either side, a walk-in closet and elegant marble master bath with separate Jacuzzi and shower. Two more guest rooms with private baths overlook the pool. Up a spiral staircase to the third floor, a glass mosaic tiled wet bar is the perfect place to mix up tropical drinks while you watch for dolphins from the rooftop decks.
Back on the ground level, a large garage provides parking and storage, and the elevator is great for carrying luggage or groceries up to the first or second floors. The elevator car measures approximately 26in. x 26in. and we can't promise every wheel chair will fit inside. Elegant landscaping includes your own private bocce lawn. A large in-ground pool and Jacuzzi (both can be heated for a fee)in the private fenced-in yard provide the perfect place to relax or grill out.
