Villa Southern Dunes is our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 master suites) vacation villa with easy access to DisneyWorld, Legoland and other the other theme parks of Orlando, Florida.

The villa is well-appointed, with a private, west-facing swimming pool, free local, national and international calls, free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and on the pool deck. We have two lounges, ideal for two families sharing, or maybe adults and kids, each lounge having cable TV with DVD (a range of movies is available).

The villa is centrally located. There are outlet malls and restaurants for all tastes and pockets. A day trip to the beach is easy as the villa is about half way between the east and west Florida coasts.

There are four bedrooms. The Mickey Master has a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, view of the pool deck with slider-door access, 22" cable TV and DVD player, table and two chairs, storage chest with mirror over, ceiling fan. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower, garden tub, vanity, walk in closet and separate WC.

The smaller Donald Master has a queen-size bed, also with pillow top mattress, cable TV & DVD, table with two chairs, storage drawers, large closet, and attached bathroom with tub which has a shower over, vanity sink and WC.

All linens and towels are provided, including pool towels. For stays of more than 5 nights, cleaning is included.

The pool deck is surrounded by a privacy hedge and is screened, four loungers, two tables and ten chairs are provided, together with a 2-seater Toy Story patio set for our younger guests. Pool toys and inflatable loungers are provided, but the exact items supplied will vary and cannot be guaranteed. For security, there is a fence, and all doors and windows that exit to the pool deck have alarms which can be activated.

There is an 8-foot slate pool table in the games room, cable television with air hockey, foosball, electronic darts, a toy box (dolls, cars, dress-up clothes, stuffed toys), Lego. For more entertainment, the family lounge has board games, jigsaw puzzles, novels, travel guides and a collection of movies for all the family.

We offer free calls to the US, Canada and many other countries worldwide (some restrictions to cellular phones - not North America).

Villa Southern Dunes has both charcoal and gas grills for your use free (we do ask that you clean it before departure). Fuel is not generally provided but a gas bottle is supplied and can be refilled at the nearby Walmart or other stores locally.

For the younger guest, we have a portable wooden folding crib, as well as a pack-n-play style travel crib. There is a high chair, and Disney baby bathrobes for use during your stay, as well as our Toy Story Bullseye rocking horse. For the slightly older, we have a car booster seat (4-8 years).

Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot & Hollywood Studios) is only 20 miles away and is well sign-posted.

SeaWorld and Discovery Cove offer animal interactions, shows, displays with a selection of coasters and water rides at SeaWorld.

Universal's Islands of Adventure is the home of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and a variety of rides and shows. Universal Studios has shows and behind the scenes activities. CityWalk is home to restaurants, stores and clubs.

Legoland Florida is only a twenty minute drive from Villa Southern Dunes. This new park has a multitude of exhibits from around the world, all made of Lego, together with rides and gardens.

Golf - the Orlando area has more than 100 golf courses, with Villa Southern Dunes being found in the award-winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Community.

And that's not all...Orlando offers so many things to see and do, for all interests and pocketbooks. Rides, shows, air boats, helicopters, hot air balloons, gardens, bicycles, dolphins, manatees, airplanes, and outlet malls! Lots of them.
