Two bedroon, two bath, two floors, with two balconies. New Beds in 2012, king bed in master and queen in 2nd bedroom. Master bath has heated tile floor. Futon in loft folds down to a twin. Top floor of the 7 floor Belltown Court complex. Unit overlooks the downtown skyline with partial Rainer views on clear days from upstairs bedroom, views of Elliott Bay and West Seattle. Laundry in unit, washer and dryer. Granite counters, stainless appliances, upgraded baths, hardwood floors, new carpet and fresh paint. Underground reserved parking for 1 car in a secure garage. Free high speed wirelss internet along with local and long distance phone calls. New towels in January 2013.
Booking detail, confirm reservation with deposit of 1st nights rent. Remainder due within 7 days of arrival. Deposit applied to balance. Full refund if cancelled within 7 days.

Pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, business center, meeting room, book exchange, and multiple restaurants in building including Subway, Belltown Pizza, Shiros Sushi, Macrina Bakery and more. 5 Blocks from Pikes Place, 5 Blocks from the Space Needle. And of course all the nightlife of 1st and 2nd ave in Belltown are right out the door.
