Very spacious house 3 short blocks to beach (11 houses + hotel).  Address is 122 East Lotus Rd.   If  
you look at  
the pictures of the house, rental is the townhouse on the left side, owner unit on the right side. 
 
This house rental INCLUDES BED AND BATH LINENS (something you will not find with any other rental).   
 
There is an outside shower, a gas grill and off street parking for 1 car plus plently of street  
parking,  
 
Large front porch, rear decks, and side court yard with 2 sets of tables and chairs for relaxing and  
enjoying the ocean breeze.   
 
First floor offers one queen bedroom w/ tv, large living room with sleeper sofa, dining room with  
table seating  
for 14+, washer and dryer, full service kitchen, and one full bath (bedroom and stall shower  
bathroom on first  
floor great for elderly) Bathroom is accessible from the kitchen for the whole family to use.  
 
Second floor offers one full hall bath and four bedrooms each w/ tvs (1 king, 1 queen, 4 twin).    
 
Third floor offers large family room with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, one queen bedroom w/tv, and  
one suite style
