Escape to the Cape! This wonderful family home is everything you'll  
need for a fabulous and memorable Cape Cod vacation. Cook in the  
spacious kitchen with open floor plan dining area or cook out on the  
large, wrap-around deck with screened in area, ideal for dining and  
relaxing on those warm, summer evenings. Take a swim in the private,  
fenced in 18 by 38 foot rectangular diving pool.  
     It's just a short walk down the street to Follins Pond, a  
large, fully recreational salt water inlet that leads to Bass River  
and out to the Nantucket Sound (public boat access exists).  You can  
also bring your jet skis, canoes, kayaks, or paddle boat.  
     Relax in the spacious family room as you watch the biggest of  
three televisions in the home, a 62 inch high definition television,  
ideal for watching that favorite movie or sports event. A dvd player  
and vhs player are provided for your use. A compaq computer with 19  
inch flat screen monitor and high speed broadband internet is  
included for your use as well. 
     Our home, located in the mid-Cape area, is set on over a half- 
acre lot in a very quiet neighborhood near historic Route 6A, the  
rail trail (bike/walk path), beaches, shopping, antiquing and yard- 
saleing (big on the Cape!), and everything desirable.   
     Fall on Cape Cod is becoming ever popular to visit....when the weather is still 
warm and all the crowds have departed...no beach access fees to pay!

33 percent non-refundable advance payment to secure booking.
