Vacation Rental Description

This top floor deluxe ocean view Penthouse condo, halfway between San
Diego and Disneyland, with its large extended patio and wide
oceanfront window offers:

A PENTHOUSE CONDO WITH SPECTACULAR OCEAN, BEACH, AND POOL VIEWS     
Eighteen-foot window in Penthouse Suite provides magnificent views 
of the ocean, beach, and beautiful views of the California sunsets.  
Extended rooftop patio (235 sq. ft.) allows views of ocean, beach, 
marina, California sunsets, the complex lush garden, and blue pool 
areas as well as comfortable dining. Living room balcony provides 
great views of garden and pool and partial ocean view.

A TWO BEDROOM CONDO WITH 2 FULL BATHS, KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING AREAS
Two full size beds in first floor bedroom, king size bed in Penthouse
Suite and two very comfortable sofas (1 fold out queen size)in the
living area that provides sleeping for 6 guests. Private dressing area
in each bedroom. All bedding and linens are furnished. The kitchen is
fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher,
toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cookware, linens and all
necessary utensils.

A Penthouse unit located in North Coast Village complex, next to the
Oceanside Marina, built on the  sand is Paradise on the Beach. This
beautiful secluded spot brings people back again and again because of
its unique location on the sandy broad beach at Oceanside, North San
Diego County, California. Lush landscaping lends an aura of a 
tropical paradise, setting itself apart from the everyday hustle and 
bustle. From the flowing stream to the beautiful cascading Waterfall 
to the unusual Koi pond to the Olympic sized pool to the Nine hole 
putting green, its many amenities offer unparalleled relaxation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our deluxe Penthouse condo has: FREE LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE AND
BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICES, Gas fireplace, 65 channel cable TV in
living area and both bedrooms (all TVs have remote controls, DVD and 
VCR players. Telephones in kitchen and both bedrooms (kitchen
telephone has answering machine). 2 free, reserved, covered, parking
spaces (both short distance to elevator), boogie boards, beach chairs
and towels and other beach equipment, penthouse patio with furniture,
small 
refrigerator, and microwave and direct access to complex common area.

Activities and Attractions

You have all the normal Beach activities right at your finger tips 
because you are on the sand. These include Swimming, Surfing (year 
round), Wave watching and listening, Sunset Watching, Walking on the 
beach with sand between your toes, Sand Castle Building, and Sea 
Shell Collecting. Walk to the pier or along the paths within the 
complex. Walk to the marina and shop or eat at its many attractive 
shops and eating spots.

The Marina offers deep sea fishing, whale watching, as well as shops 
and fine dining facilities.

Then too, there are the many other activities only a short drive 
from the condo.  Some of these are Disneyland (60 minutes), San Diego 
Zoo (30 minutes), Legoland (15 minutes), Wild Animal Park (30), 
Knott's Berry Farm (60 minutes), Del Mar Racetrack (15 minutes), and 
San Diego Old Town (35 minutes). You can take the "Coaster Train" to 
San Diego (cost $3.75 for an adult)  You can even go south of the 
border to Mexico, Tijuana that is, is only 15 miles south of San 
Diego. Mission San Luis Rey is only 5 minutes from the Condo.  

In addition to the site seeing there are golf courses and tennis 
courts close in to the condo for the very active.
