There are 3 bedrooms: 2 w/Kings, 1 w/Singles.  There are also 2 comfy couches in the living room, a full eat-in kitchen with a bar and dining table that can accommodate 4-6 people. Includes WiFi. The backyard includes a huge pool with a fun deck and shaded areas for your outdoor enjoyment. Pet-friendly. Owner is occasionally in attached unit.

$150 - $200 per night, 2- night minimum
$ 900 - $1100 per week - 6 nights, 7 days

$2,800  to $3,200 per month

Special Events and Holiday rates may vary. Laundry Service once a week - additional charge. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $300 for security is required initially to hold reservation.

FULL PAYMENT must be received 4 weeks before arrival date

All above rates are subject to 12.5% tax
