Ocean Blue is a one of a kind boutique property featuring 36 privately owned four and five bedroom residences.  At the resort, enjoy relaxing on the private sun deck and fabulous white sand beaches or take a refreshing afternoon swim in the outdoor pool, indoor pool, or lazy river.  Get a good morning workout in the onsite fitness center and surf the internet wirelessly in the unit or poolside.  Inside the unit, unwind with a movie in the media room, have a nice family dinner, or recharge with a good night's sleep on comfortable bedding with luxury sheets and comforters.  The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, smooth surface range, a double oven, an assortment of small appliances, cooking utensils, and an abundant supply of tableware and utensils.  Each bedroom features ceiling fans and a flat screen TV. Three of the bedrooms have private en suite baths, and two of the bedrooms have balconies.  The bedding setup is as follows:  1 King in the master bedroom with en suite bath and oceanfront balcony, 1 Queen in a 2nd master suite with balcony and private bath, 1 Queen and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed with a private bath, a bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, and another bedroom with a set of Twin Bunkbeds.  The two bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom.

The resort is located less than 3 miles from the airport and Market Common, and is within walking distance to a few restaurants and bars including Damon's on the Oceanfront and Club Cloud 9 Lounge at Crown Reef Resort. Parasailing, jet ski rentals, and banana boat rides are also located adjacent to the resort at Downwind Sails.  An endless supply of shopping, dining, and entertainment options are available at the nearby Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, and Coastal Grand Mall. If golf is your game, play your choice of over 120 courses in the greater Myrtle Beach area.  

Accommodations tax, $49 damage protection policy, and a $200 linen and departure cleaning service fee are required on all reservations.  A 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation, and the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made for arrival days in the next 60 days must be paid in full at the time of reservation. 

Rate Schedule:

Winter 12/1/2012 - 3/1/2013 $200 per night or $1,200 per week

Monthy rates for December, January, and February are available for $1,800 per month.

Spring 3/2/2013 - 5/3/2013 $250 per night or $1,600 per week

Early Summer 5/4/2013 - 6/7/2013 $400 per night or $2,000 per week 

Summer 6/08/2013 - 06/15/2013 and 8/10/2013 - 9/13/2013 $2,800 per week

Peak Summer 06/16/2013 - 08/09/2013 $3,500 per week

Fall 9/14/2013 - 11/29/2013 $300 per night or $1,500 per week
