Hooty's Roost is comfortably furnished and has a queen bedroom and an additional bedroom with a twin bed.  Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower and pillow-top mattresses with high quality linens. 

The cabin offers central heat/air, a beautiful fieldstone fireplace with gas logs, a stackable washer and dryer, hardwood and ceramic tiled floors, all linens, trash bags and paper products.  You can enjoy the flat screen TV with expanded cable, WiFi, DVD player, and a CD player with an iPod dock. 

In the fully equipped kitchen you will also find coffee beans and teas, filters, a bean grinder and everything you would need for a pleasant cooking and dining-in experience.  Enjoy sipping a cup of coffee in a rocking chair on the covered front porch.  There is also a cozy, private back yard patio with a table and chairs and charcoal grill.

Asheville offers a wide range of activities for everyone!  The Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure and the Arboretum are all very popular tourist attractions.  Outdoor activities are plentiful: hiking, biking, golf, tennis, kayaking, rafting and a nature center can be enjoyed within a short distance from the cabin.  Skiing, snow tubing and zip line canopy tours can be enjoyed about 20 minutes north of the city. 

Downtown Asheville shouldn't be missed---lots of great restaurants, music venues, theater, shops and galleries, street musicians, antiques, tours and a whole array of eclectic entertainment!  Magazines and maps with current events and attractions are provided in the cabin!
