Our luxury home is a superior detached single storey villa fully
equipped to the highest standards. It has full air conditioning and
its own screened swimming pool. The villa is fully licenced in the
State of Florida and conforms to all safety and legal requirmenets.
As we have two young children, their safety was one of
our prime considerations when purchasing the property. For this
reason, we chose a quiet road which has little traffic and which is
a cul-de-sac (dead end).

The villa has four large bedrooms and will accomodate eight people
with ease. One of the bedrooms has a fabulous king sized bed, and
the other is a double. Both of these bedrooms have en-suite
facilities. There are two further twin bedded rooms and a third
family bathroom.

The large lounge is very comfortably furnished, and has a 46 inch high definition colour television, dvd player, video recorder and a hi-fi system
with multi cd player.

The fully fitted kitchen/breakfast area has a cooker, fridge/freezer
with ice maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher. There is a table
and four chairs for a relaxing breakfast. The double garage
contains the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area has a large wooden dining table and six comfortable
chairs for that relaxing evening meal.

For your own safety and the wishes of previous guests, we would
kindly ask you to refrain from smoking whilst in the villa.

The villa is looked after by a professional management company who
ensure that the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning and
maintenance of our home are a high priority for us and our
management company makes certain that these are completed to
rigorous standards.

The swimming pool and lawns are also maintained to a very high
standard. Furthermore a co-ordinator is on call 24 hours a day.
