This shabby chic condo, located in the heart of downtown in Traverse City, is brand new and tastefully decorated with crisp linens, and ready for the active traveler. Visitors can walk downtown, visit the park next to their unit, or simply stroll across the street to West Bay to participate in a day of swimming or sailing. 

Downtown Traverse City serves as a "hub" of activities through out the year, especially during the summer months.  Park your car (save gas money) and walk or ride bikes to the farmers market, local outdoor dining, craft shows, Friday Night Live, movies, wineries and local brew pubs, dining, shopping, marina and our famous "Open Space".  No need to worry about your car, as you'll receive a special parking pass during your visit.  

The location is fabulous (pssst....so is the condo)!

Interior:

This air conditioned condo features 2 bedrooms with their own private full bathrooms; one bedroom has two twin size beds, a private bath and cable tv; the master bedroom has a queen size bed, a private bath with double sinks, cable tv and a balcony. Additional sleeping can be found on the sofa sleeper in the livingroom.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen and snack bar that includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster; another half bath is located off of the kitchen as well. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use for your convenience.

The dining room allows comfortable seating for 4 people, and french pane windows in both the dining and livingroom provide that wonderful sunlight to start your morning, as you enjoy your first cups of coffee on one (of the two) balconies off of the living room and master bedroom. Take advantage of the evening sunsets as you unwind from the day, or prepare for the night life that
Traverse City has to offer.

Exterior:

Two balconies with limited views of West Bay.  Open parking lot with assigned, and guest, parking.  Parking passes are provided.

Northern Michigan is the host to many fun activities within minutes! Explore the local fruit stands and art galleries, tour the wineries, visit "Fish Town" in Leland, run up (or down) the Sleeping Bear Dunes, play your luck at the casino's and enjoy their entertainment, golf, fishing charters, arts and craft shows, Film Festival, Cherry Festival, volleyball on the beach, tennis, shopping the unique shops, outstanding dining options, a nice variety of night life, The Olde Town Playhouse, many spa's for complete relaxation, catamaran cruise line for afternoon as well as champagne cruises, wave runner rentals, parasailing, hiking trails, snorkeling and scuba diving, and beaches!

Here's the kicker....you may walk to most of these activities from your condo (exeptions being the casino's, golfing, Sleeping Bear Dunes and "Fishtown"). If you're not much of a walker (after all, it is your vacation), please inquire about bike rentals.
