Pictures can be deceiving.

Although the location was amzazing the unit itself was quite a disappointment.
The unit was very dated, wallpaper falling off the walls, kitchen utensil and dishes you wouldn't even use. Linens were very old, washed everything before using them.
Oleg was very nice, the building itself was very clean and the people nice.
Beware, pictures can be deceiving.

Recommended for: tourists without a car

Owners response: Barbara and her husband were great guests and I would love to host them again in the future, but I never heard even one complain from them when they stayed at my place and I am very surprised to hear about it month and a half later after their departure. I always tell my guests if they have any issues to please let me know and I will always do my best to fix them asap.
There is wallpaper in the unit, but it is only in the kitchen and not in every room of the apartment, just kitchen, and yes there is few small spots were paper fell off which I will fix as soon as my next guests are out. As far as kitchen utensils, dishes, linens I do change them often and I did actually changed them in middle of January and will change them again as soon as they will require that.
I noticed that all my guests are different and they all have different demands, standards. etc...
You reading this as my next potential guests please remember that if you rent from me, I will listen to you and take care of all of your issues if you will have any. I hope this will not be the case and you will enjoy your stay. Thank you and see you soon!

Great and clean place,good location and price!!! Two Tumbs up!!!!.Great for kids! Condo is just few steps from the beach!

This is a beautiful home that has EVERYTHING you need. The moment we walked in we felt at home. It looks almost exactly like the photos BUT MUCH MORE CHARMING!!! Oleg went the extra mile to make sure the house was spotless!!! We were so depressed the day we were packing upto go home! ! ! ! If we ever return to Florida for another vacation wedefinitely will be calling Oleg.Thank you again, Oleg.We will miss your home!!!!!
