Welcome to 153 Admiral’s Bay, a cozy two bedroom condo located mid island in a quiet residential neighborhood. Seven miles of white sandy beach awaits you just across the street.

This second floor condo accommodating 6 people provides you with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, a living and dining area and a patio. If you’d like to share your vacation with family and friends, a second rental condo is located right next door at 152 that accommodates 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare all your meals, then choose whether to eat at the bar or dining area. However, you may just want to treat yourself and take a short walk to nearby restaurants.

Relax in the comfortable living room equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and watch your favorite TV or movie.  If you prefer, snuggle up with a good book or doze off while listening to the stereo. Sliders open up to a patio off the living area. Watch the birds flit about the mangroves right in your backyard.   The mangroves can also be enjoyed in the sitting area in the front of your unit or from the Tiki hut.

The master suite has a king sized bed, cable TV and ensuite bathroom. A large walk-in closet will house all your belongings. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed and TV. A full bathroom is located in the hallway.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in a concealed closet on the patio.  High speed cable internet is also provided for your stay.  Of course there is an elevator to transport you to the second floor or stairs if you wish to get a little exercise.

There are 2 pools available as well as tennis courts and shuffleboard. A grill and picnic table are located just steps from your unit.  Admiral’s Bay is within walking distance to the pharmacy and Santini Mall that offers unique shops and restaurants. Kayaks and canoes are also available.  Take the trolley further south and visitLoversKeyState Parkwhere you can swim, shell and explore. Taking the trolley north will bring you to Times Square where there are more shops, restaurants and nightlife. Off Season – $400-$450/week, $1000-$1500/month

Peak Season –  $700-$950/week or $2400-$2900/month

To the above rates add a $95 departure cleaning fee, $50 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, $40 nonrefundable booking fee and 11% FL tax.  Rates include all utilities.  A 5% discount applies for renting both units simultaneously.
