The $1,850-$2,150 Monthly rental (includes: Utilities, trash service, pool service, and HOA fee) is based on minimum of 5-6 months length of stay (One person must be over 55). Resort style living and a 32,000 sqft clubhouse with all the necessary amenities to keep an active adult busy all the time. We have the state of the art fitness center, a fantastic heated lap pool and heated swimming pool. All the various clubs, biking, hiking, travel, bowling, tennis, dancing, water aerobics, yuga, etc are extremely active.

Your vacation home will have a master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, double sinks, and walk-in shower for your comfort. The second bedroom is very light and has a queen bed and double closet. The den is yours to use as a office, computer room, or study. Our family room is open spaced area, with a fabulous view of the swimming pool and waterfall. The family room has a 60" TV, surround sound, DVD/CD player, and rheostat controlled lighting. The kitchen, with the granite counters, all the utinsels, and comfort gel mats in front of the stove, double sinks and dishwasher are wonderful on your feet.

Walk over to the community center and join classes for water aerobics, fitness center, billiard room, craft classes, bocce ball, bunko, hiking, dancing, bowling club, and travel club as well as many others. Step up and meet people who share your interest and dreams. 

Enjoy the championship golf courses within the area: The Duke and the Ak-Chin Golf courses are both championship quality. Both clubs have excellent eating facilities. Want to travel 10-20 minutes you can get to the Firebird International Raceway, or stop by Rawhide for lunch or dinner and watch a cowboy shootout. If that's not enough, you can always go to the casino's. Harrah's Ak-Chin, Wild Horse Pass, the Gila River Casino are all within 5-20 minutes from the house. Shopping malls are all around you. Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, all have nice shopping centers. Not to mention that Casa Grande, just 20 minutes away has a brand new shopping center at Florence and I-10.  

5+ Months (6th Month Free) Minimum Stay (HOA Req) Regular Rate is $1,850  REDUCED by $200 To $1,650 per Month for the Summer Months only.  Summer Vacation Rates May 1 to Oct 31, $1,650 Month.    Winter Vacation Rates Nov to May 30, $1,850 Month.  

12 Month Lease is Negotiable

Deposit  A $1,000 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit is required at time of booking. U.S. Dollars, and is used as security deposit.  $100 cleaning fee to be retained if home is left dirty/messy. 

50% of Total Rent is due 15 days before arrival. Monthly rates thereafter are then due the first of each month.

Payment 5 days late will add additional $10.00 per day until payment received.

Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee - $100 to be deducted from the Refundable Deposit, if the home is left dirty or messy.
