Our two-bedroom villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in private and peaceful surroundings set on 25 acres of lush-wooded pines in a tropical park-like setting. You can enjoy walks along two scenic ponds inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife such as great blue herons, white egrets and other beautiful species of birds. Within the community there is an outdoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with BBQ and picnic area.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and each room has ceiling fans. The lounge, in typical Florida style, is open plan to the dining area and hall. It is carpeted and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen contains all necessary crockery and cooking utensils, and there is also a breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom (with hairdryer) and patio doors which lead directly on to the lanai. There is also access to the lanai from the lounge which overlooks the "Circle" and is ideal for dining "al fresco". Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a fitted closet and a TV. Telephone is also available (local, national and long-distance calls are free) and there is a wireless internet connection (broadband) in the villa.

Sleeping:Bed linen, 1 King bed, 2 Twin/Single bed which convert into a king bed.

Cooking:Blender, breakfast nook, coffee machine, cooking utensils, cooling elements, dining table, dishwasher, electric hot plate, fridge-freezer, garbage disposal, microwave, oven, stove-top burners, tableware, toaster, water filter.

Entertainment: Cable TV (lounge 42 inch screen, master beedrom and bedroom 2), DVD-Player, lounge seating, music centre (CD, radio and iPoD docking station), selection of films, books and games, telephone (local, national and long-distance calls are free), wireless broadband internet.

Sanitary: Bathroom scales, hairdryer, toilet, towels, tub/shower, washbasin.

Laundry: Clothes airer, iron & board, rack, tumble dryer, washing line, washing machine.

Heating:Air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric heating.

We are on the Sarasota mainland and close (2 1/2 miles away) to the world famous white powder-sand Siesta Key Beach (voted 2nd best beach in the world in 2010). We are within walking distance to Westfield Sarasota Square Mall with over 140 stores and a cinema. Grocery shopping is nearby as well as many restaurants. Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay is an hour away, and the attractions and theme parks at Orlando two hours away.

Our Villa is the perfect location for your vacation. Whether relaxing on or by the water, playing one of more than 50 golf courses, or cycling, hiking or horseback riding on one of the many nature trails, experiencing the various eating extravaganzas, bars, clubs, theatres, museums, parks and shops abound, you're sure to find something to suit.

Rates incl. linen and all towels, electricity and water costs. Local, national and long-distance calls are free and all calls can be received but phone cards will be needed for international calls. Wireless  internet connection is also included in the rates

A $90 cleaning will be applied to each booking. County/state tax of 12% will to be added to the total.
