303 Columbia in Higgins Lake

At 303 Columbia, in the Lyon Township area of Higgins Lake, "the 6th
most beautiful lake in the world", is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home
ready for you to enjoy on your vacation. It has an open floor plan,
vaulted ceiling, and balcony overlooking a large wooded lot. The master bedroom
has a plush, comfortable king size bed, tub with whirlpool jets, and a walk in closet. The master
bedroom is on the second floor and has a TV/VCR. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The
home is a "salt box" design, built in 2002.

TV/DVD/CD/stereo, a fully equipped kitchen, built-in microwave, laundry
facilities, towels, linens, VCR, and board games (chess, checkers,
yahtze, scrabble, backgammon, dominos, UNO, and playing cards). The
home is presently configured to sleep eight, but there are cots
so you may bring ten (or more if comfy on the floor). There is a
fire pit and a gas grill.

The home is just six blocks from the lake and the Sam-O-Set
Boulevard public park and beach. Sam-o-Set Boulevard runs for
approximately one half mile along the lake, providing a great place
for a walk: no private yards between you and the lake! Another two
blocks and you may launch your boat at the Townline Road public lake
access. There are several golf courses in the area, public tennis
courts at Gerrish Township Park, cross-country ski and snowmobile
trails nearby, and 303 Columbia is about halfway between the North
and South Higgins Lake State Parks, about 5 miles in either
direction.
