Nice neighborhood. Corner lot located 30 feet from Glendale Blvd which is a quaint commercial street with many shops and restaurants within very short walking distance. New state-of-the-art gym across the street. Large wooden back deck with new patio furniture. Secluded for morning coffee or evening drinks. Property is literally one minute from the Golden State Freeway (I-5) for easy access to anywhere in CA. Hollywood, Glendale and other popular areas. Only 5 minutes away using city streets. About $15-20 by cab.

Everything needed will be provided, owner is very accomodating. Sleeps 4 with additional large confortable couch if needed for 5th person or overnight guest. Dining room table seats 4.

Centrally located between Silverlake and Glendale. (About one mile each way) One block from LA river.
This is a beautiful location for activities. No car required. Less than a mile to the Metro Station to go anywhere in California.
