I stayed for 6 weeks in January/February in this property, and had a great time. I regularly stay in rental properties, and this was the cleanest property I've ever rented; I couldn't have done it better myself. Moreover, when I had any issues (needed a new lightbulb, etc) I simply emailed the owner and it was dealt with immediately. All the residents I encountered shared the same opinion of the management: responsive, helpful, willing to do whatever it takes to make it a great experience, keeps the properties very clean. It was quite handy to have all the beach items provided(chairs, towels, umbrellas, buckets and pails, etc), laundry on site (excellent facility), and communal space.
The studio is small, but it served my needs perfectly and is very economical for this area. You may have somewhat less privacy if all the units are full, as you are in the center of several cottages, but it generally wasn't an issue during my stay.
You are a 2 minute walk to an absolutely beautiful beach in a very nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. It really couldn't be a better location. I didn't have a car, but I was comfortable riding my bicycle 3 miles to the grocery. If you aren't up for that, you probably need a car, although you could easily walk to 3 or 4 restaurants within about a 1/2 mile.
It is a great place for a beach vacation if you are on a budget. I would stay here again, and will rent again from this owner.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway
