WIFI - High Speed Wireless Internet Connection Included

We offer payments plans. First half installment is due 60 days prior
to your date arrival, and second half (or, remaining) installment is
due 14 days prior to your date arrival.

To reserve for the condo is $350 and it can be used either Credit
Card (CC) or Personal Check. The security desposit will put your CC
on hold so that it would NOT be actually charged toward your account,
just like the hotel. Same with personal check, we don't deposit it,
instead we put on hold and void the check after checking out the
condo. Less than 60 days prior to date arrival. the security deposit
is not refundable if you cancel your reservation, otherwise it is
fully refundable.
