One-half the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation and then becomes non-refundable.

Balance of rent, $300 refundable damage deposit, and $90 cleaning fee is due 30 day prior to arrival, unless arrival time is less than 30 days away from when the reservation has been made-then the full amount is due and payable to confirm reservation

Reservations that are made 30 days or less prior to arrival date must be paid in full for confirmation and will then become non-refundable.
