Sand Dollar Chalet in Netarts

My lovely oceanfront retreat on quiet Netarts Bay provides beautiful bay and Pacific Ocean views.  Netarts Bay is a child friendly beach with a gentle surf.  It is located about 75 miles from Portland and 6 miles from Tillamook.  There are two small markets in Netarts and larger grocery stores in Tillamook.

It is three story home with three bedrooms and three full baths.

Bottom floor:      Family room, full bath, queen hide-a-bed and twin bed, TV.

Main floor (2nd):  Living room, dining room(seats 8) kitchen.
                        1 bedroom with full bed.
                        1 bedroom with twin beds.                        
                        Laundry room and full bath.

Top floor:           Master bedroom with queen bed and full bath.
                        Loft area witH hide-a-bed

Maximum occupancy is ten including children.  There are three children's sleeping bags available and an infant bed on request. Also, a high chair.
There is no smoking allowed in the house and no pets permitted on the property.
Parking is available for four cars.  Campers, RV's and tents are not permitted.      

The fully equipted kitchen includes a Jenn Air range, dishwasher, microwave,  two coffee pots, coffee grinder, toaster, crock pot, popcorn popper, cookie sheet, blender,
cookware, and tableware.

There is a TV in the family room and the living room and a DVD for each and a few movies.  Also available are puzzles,books and cards.
Heat is electric and there is a fireplace with a pellet insert in the living room.
Towels and linens are provided.
Older towels are available for use on the beach.

Walking on the beach and shell collecting.
Tillamook Air Museum (in an old blimp hanger). Lunchroom available.
Tour the Tillamook Cheese Factory, sample cheese and have a ice cream
cone.
Visit the nearby salmon hatchery three miles from house.
Crab in Netarts Bay - boat rentals nearby.
Visit the Latimer Quilt and Textile center or the Tillamook Pioneer
Historical Museum.
Treat yourself to “high tea” at La Tea Da Tea Room and Gift Shoppe.
(Wonderful!)  In Tillamook.
Cape Mears Lighthouse. Take a tour and visit with the friendly
guides. Gift shop.  Also, the "octopus" tree at the same location.
Enjoy the birds, views, fresh air and beautiful sunsets.
Take a scenic drive to nearby communities and restaurants.
