The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with a separate vanity area, walk in closet, and separate entrance to outdoor hot tub & patio. There is also a 2nd living area with new pull out sofa, flat screen tv, desk, wifi, and more. The home has 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and a pull out sofa. There is a front loading washer/dryer as well as an outdoor hot tub, covered patio, koi pond, and large fenced yard with gorgeous trees! The home is located within a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & Anderson Ln - close to so much.

The kitchen also has plenty of cooking and baking items including pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, bowls, plates, silverware, plastic dishes of all kinds, wine glasses, beer glasses, casserole dishes, cutting boards, knives, baking sheets, and everything else you might need in the kitchen!

There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent, laundry basket, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron, and more.

There is also a second living area with a new, comfortable pull out sofa, extra seating, a flat screen tv, large desk, wifi, and a huge bookcase with tons of books, games, and dvds!
