Vacation Rental Description

Belvedere 3, ground floor apartment.It is a very spacious, luminous, 
recently restored space which looks directly onto  the lagoon of San 
Marco. The apartment and interior decoration is very modern and 
comfortable.
The  apartment has one main double bedroom with a double 
bed (sleeps 2).
The main living room area has a fold out couch (sleeps 2) 
There is a well-equipped full kitchen in the main apartment and a
bathroom with shower -

In addition to this main space, there is a communicating efficiency
apartment,Belvedere 4, (separated only by a door - that can be left 
open or closed).
This space has a fold out sofa (sleeps 2)-
and there is  a bathroom with shower and a coin kitchen.

The apartments can be rented separately.

Vacation Rental Rates

Belvedere 3 apt ,(2-4 persons) rental price per day: 180-200 Euros, 
minimum of 3 days stay/ Per week: 1200 Euros

Belvedere 4,(2 persons)rental price per day:  100 Euros, minimum of 3 
days stay/ Per week: 600 Euros

Belvedere 3 & Belvedere 4,(for 6 persons) rental price per week for 
both apartment : 1500 Euros

The prices include: air 
conditioning/heating,utilities,sheets,towels,final cleaning.
To finalize the reservation 30% deposit is required

Welcome Italian Prosecco and flowers in the apts.
