Welcome to your beautiful three level, four bedroom vacation townhouse, only steps away from the white sandy beaches! You even have 2 pools to gaze upon from both the front and the back of your cabana.
Park your cars in the attached, covered garage on the ground floor and ascend to the main level of this beautiful, luxury cabana. Here you will find a large living and dining area that opens onto an exterior covered terrace overlooking a duck pond and a community pool. Enjoy the built in grill or just sit and lounge. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with oak cabinets,granite countertops and stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and trash compacter. Also conveniently located on this level is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, a full bath and bedroom.
On the upper level you will find a master bedroom suite with windows overlooking the pond and pool.. The master bedroom suite includes a master bath featuring a large soaking tub with tile surround, glass enclosed shower, private toilet room and his and hers sinks/vanities.
The second and third bedroom on this level features views of the bay and pool. One bedroom also has direct access to a full bath with tub/shower.
