Water Front Home with Boat Dock on Folly River Estuary in Charleston

This gorgeous and spacious water front home is brand new to the vacation rental market. Located on the Folly River, it has expansive views of the river as well as the marsh looking toward Folly Beach. The formal living with a fireplace and the formal dining room have water front views as do the master bedroom, one of the guest bedrooms, eat in kitchen and the enclosed sun room. The master bedroom is on the main level with acess to two decks, two sitting areas, a luxurious large bath, and huge walkin closet with a king size bed and flat screen TV. There is a separate family room with another TV.  The guest bedrooms have queen size beds with their own bath. In addition, there are 3 queen size inflatible air matresses as well. There is a large laundry room off the master bath. All modern conveniences are provided such as, all linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, soaps and paper products. Please bring blow dryers, shampoo and conditioners, if needed. High speed internet and cable are included. You can bring your boat and secure it at the dock with easy access to the Folly River,  the Intracostal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Except for one bedroom The whole house has a view of the water and marshes. It is on the south side of Oak Island, a secluded island community and a short 5 minute drive to the beach.
