Want to visit all the cool attractions that Houston has to offer, without staying in the hustle & bustle of the inner city? Are you being relocated or has your home been damaged or being remodeled & you need to find a furnished temporary home? Then this is the place you are looking for, enjoy your Home Away from Home. Our home is a very clean and well maintained home.
Our lake community is a very quiet, established neighborhood. We provide household goods for your convenience. Our home abuts a courtyard and is within footsteps of our community lake. Rabbits and puppies sometimes come to visit. Great bird watching. Fun squirrel play all around.
Our scenic stocked lake is just a short walk from the house. It's a lovely neighborhood for walking, running or biking. We have beautiful flowering trees and gorgeous landscaping that surround our house.

Dec 16, 2012 - Jan 6, 2013, the rate is $249 / night.
March 23 - April 7, 2013, the rate is $249 / night.
All other nights, the rate is $199 / night, 3 nights minimum.
$80 cleaning fee additional.
3 night minimum stay required!
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold the home, with the balance payable by 14 days prior to stated date of arrival.
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to stated date of arrival will be fully refunded (minus the $200 non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made 6 or less days prior to stated date of arrival will be fully non-refundable.
Date changes are okay, as long as they are made 7 or more days prior to stated date of arrival. These are made on a "space available" basis.
