Inside: 2 bedrooms include 1 queen size bed and two twins with plenty of closet space. 1 full bath. Living room with sofa bed and panoramic lake view. All purpose room with additional large dining table, 2nd refrigerator and washer/dryer/utility sink. Full kitchen w/ seperate dining area. Easy, paved access from NY Rt. 90. Groceries and gas minutes away. Special circumstances considered for pets/ additional fees will apply. No Smoking allowed indoors. Premises must be left clean to enusre refund of deposit. Long term off season rental available.

Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall is minutes to the west and City of Auburn to the east Short drive by car or boat to Ithaca. Easy travel to two Airports. Local area has much history, musems, restaurants, farmer's markets, Amish/Mennonite markets, local entertainment, artisans, family events, and other attractions.
