Easy, paved access from NY Rt. 90. Groceries and gas minutes away. Special circumstances considered for pets/ additional fees will apply. No Smoking allowed indoors. Premises must be left clean to enusre refund of deposit. Long term off season rental available.

Hibuscus Harbor community includes marina, restaurant w/ bar entertainment. Within the heart of Finger Lakes wine country.  15 minute drive to Village of Seneca Falls (or take your boat through the double locks on the Seneca-Cayuga canal) to the National Woman's Hall of Fame, the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House, the site of the signing of the Declaration of Sentiments, or the bridge which inspired Frank Capra's  classic movie, Its A Wonderful Life. Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall is minutes to the west  and City of Auburn to the east   Short drive by car or boat to Ithaca. Easy travel to two Airports. Local area has much history, musems, restaurants, farmer's markets, Amish/Mennonite markets, local entertainment, artisans, family events, and other attractions. Groceries, gas and public park/ boat launch minutes away in Union Springs. Visiting or attending Wells College?
