* Summer rates:  June 11th - September 16th $160.00 per night mid-week $175.00 per night Friday and Saturday nights - 1100 per week

*Sleeps 4-6 $10.00 Per extra person charge

*Refundable damage deposit/booking fee $250.00 Less any damages
