Theater

The movie theater offers a 9 ft by 10 ft theater screen with 1080P High Definition Projection.  Relax in the fully reclining plush leather theater seats (equipped with 6 full size theater chairs).  With state of the art electronics and sound, you are in for an incredible movie experience.   New releases can be instantly streamed either through Netflix or other provider of your choice.

Indoor and Outdoor Kitchen and Dining

Indoor kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with double range, cooktop, spacious island, and all of the expected amenities.  The uniqueness of this kitchen is in its construction with mango wood countertops and koa wood cabinets, the environment gives the feeling of warmth and comfort that is Hawaii.  The outdoor kitchen offer outdoor Viking appliances, including a 53 inch outdoor barbeque with a top temperature of 1200 degrees, this outdoor kitchen is ideal for searing steaks.  The outdoor kitchen also is equipped with a covered outdoor dining area with table and chairs.

Pool, Spa, Jacuzzi and Steam Room

The pool measure over 160 perimeter feet.  This saline pool is easy on your nose and eyes and offers silky soft water.  It is powered by fiber optic lighting to create some incredible light effects in the evening with both pool and perimeter lighting that dance through various iridescent shades.   There is an indoor hot tub also available in the spa room, as well as two jacuzzi tubs and steam room in the bathroom suites for the very best in hydrotherapy and relaxation

Office

This house includes a spacious office with floor to ceiling windows.  There is a phone line with unlimited calling to the mainland as well as a fax machine and printer.  House has commercial or business grade internet as well as wi-fi throughout.  This protects against interruptions and ensure the fastest connection speeds available.

The Grounds

The grounds are a combination of lush tropical jungle and manicured landscape.  The property boasts its own bamboo grove with sacred Balinese bamboo shoots, some of which are over 50 ft in height.  Depending on the time of year and season, the property offers incredible organic fruits from its own orchard grove and from the various fruit trees that dot the grounds.  These include orange, grapefruit, jackfruit, star fruit, lychee, banana, and many others.  Visitors can help themselves and partake of mother nature’s bounty.  Visitors in Nov-Jan are free to pick of the starfruit which bloom in the hundred in the mature tree on the grounds.  In addition, visitors can enjoy the vast number of native plants and exotic flowers.  Palm trees, Norfolk Pine, and 80 foot Evergreens circumscribe the property.

 Carbon Foot Print Conscious Travel

Everything that could be done to make this property one of the most eco-friendly on the island has been done.  The property enjoys two separate grid tie solar systems, combined generating over 14,000 watts.  Energy used by guests on this property is coming directly from the sun and generate zero carbon output.  What’ s more, the system feeds extra energy that is not used back to grid to satisfy the needs of others on the island.  In addition, hot water is generated by solar hot water heating systems, LED lights are used throughout and all appliances are certified as the most energy efficient in the market.  So feel good about the energy you use, from the AC to the dishwasher, its all coming from renewable sources.

We require a deposit of $500 at the time of your reservation. Thirty
days before arrival we require a signed renters agreement, payment in
full and a refundable security deposit of $1000.

Over Christmas there is a minimum stay requirement of 2 weeks and there is a 100 per night surcharge for per night.

This property can accomodate 6 guest. Additional guest may be permitted under exceptional circumstances - 5 night minimum for any stay
