From the moment you enter this fantastic and spacious ground floor, two bedroom two bathroom unit, you are instantly reminded you are standing in a first class, new construction, vacation suite. The unit offers a private (fully equipped) granite kitchen with stainless appliances.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need: all utensils, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, etc. The kitchen also offers a granite dining counter with dining for three. There is a beautiful main (glass) dining table (with ocean views in the background) with dining for four.  The luxurious and open living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the large plasma television. There are ocean views from most of the living area.  The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is extremely spacious and offers two double beds, a plasma television and a full size bathroom. The unit is equipped with a washer & dryer. There is also wireless internet for your enjoyment.

The oceanfront pool (heated) area is breathtaking and offers plenty of pool lounge chairs. There are also two outside tables, with each table equipped with four chairs. The two poolside tables are large enough to enjoy an outside meal or simply an afternoon drink with family and friends. The setting is magnificient.  Should you desire to visit the restaurant and shopping area of picturesque Lauderdale by the Sea, you may do so by either taking a scenic stroll directly down the beach, or you may walk a few short blocks down El Mar Drive. The location of Seaward is quite arguably as good as it gets.

Seaward is situated in the heart of picturesque Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida.  This location is, quite arguably, as good as it gets. There are a multitude of activities and attractions nearby, including virtually all beach activities and excursions (boating, jet skis, parasailing, etc). There are many public golf courses in the general area, as well as concert pavillions, live theatre, museums, etc. 

Minimum Stay of 7 nights required.

Nov. 1 - Apr. 30 $299 per night $2,093.00 per week, plus 11% tax and applicable fees

May 1 - Oct. 31 $399 per night $2,793.00 per week, plus 11% tax and applicable fees

25% of the Base Rental Rate + $250 Cleaning Fee + $99 Booking Fee is required to reserve
 
Remaining 75% Base Rental Rate + Applicable Taxes is due 60 days prior to arrival
 
$400 Damage Deposit Hold
 
Pet deposit due upon pet approval (please inquire for details)
 
No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival
 
25% refund will be issued for cancellations made outside the 60 day arrival date.
